- 2015Extension on ServiceAs a testament to its outstanding industry performance in the ERP business segment, the company was offered to see on of its business units, the ERP Solutions, for a reasonable deal to a company called Xceler8 Inc.
- 2016Expanding the HorizonIncrease in clients' base sparked one of boldest moves the company had instituted in recent years i.e. creating two new subsidiary companies. A company specializing in Oracle DB and Microsoft is now called Radenta Technologies Inc., while a champion partner for SMEs in the accounting software space carrying quickbooks is now called Xirrus Inc.
